From the Lady that registered us in around 9:00 - 9:15 Tuesday night September 3rd, which she was so polite and Profesional along with extremely helpful. I had booked the room online with one of those booking companies, instead of Baymont direct which I'm guessing was the first one that popped up. Anyhow I wanted a King Size Bed and a bathtub equipped with a whirlpool jets, so the Lady on duty said it was on the 6tj floor. My wife who was having her 2nd hip replacement within 8 weeks, started freaking out as she was in the Banking business 42 year's. And I had forgotten about her getting stuck on elevators twice at the bank , and she hates to ride elevators. Anyhow the Clerk on duty found a King Size room on the 3rd floor, which we really appreciated. So as I said earlier from our arrival until we checked out, everyone went out of their way to make sure our stay. Was 110% absolutely perfect they called at 5:30 as requested for our wake up call . Absolutely and excellent stay at your Hotel.

I came to see the Chihuly exhibit at the Biltmore. The price was very affordable for my stay. The location of this hotel is perfect, less than 2 minutes to the entry gates. It was easy to find, parking was great, and check-in was a breeze. The front desk attendant was friendly and helpful. The room was clean and comfortable. The bed was very comfy, and the included toiletries were lovely. Breakfast was delicious each morning, with biscuits and gravy, eggs, bacon, and sausage. There was a waffle maker and an automatic pancake maker, which was pretty cool. The breakfast attendant was super nice and kept everything stocked and fresh. It was a great stay and I would definitely recommend this hotel. I'll stay here again, most definitely.

Need more handicap ♿️ spaces. More elevators, it's was always crowded. The bathroom sink lights are way too bright for fixing coffee in the am. Needs better location in the room. Bed was extremely comfortable. King size bed does need at least 6 pillows. Sheets were so solft. The breakfast was wonderful. The breakfast room needs at least 2 tables taken out for more room to move around to get food, no clear path and hard to move around getting food or waiting on pancakes to make.Great location to Biltmore estate

This hotel was chosen out of our usual being unavailable and let me tell you guys, this is our new go to! Very clean, staff is so nice and willing to fix anything even down to our tv not working. We had the jacuzzi tub room and although it ran a bit slow it worked and was excellent! Excellent breakfast like eggs bacon and gravy biscuits! Pool and hot tub was nice! Overall excellent stay and literally two minutes away from biltmore village if that!

Location was great, we wanted a place near the Biltmore, as we were visiting a family member who was working on the campus. We were also about 45 minutes away from great hiking spots, so just what we were looking for. Hotel looked clean. Staff in lobby and at breakfast seemed always available to help if needed. Loved that we got free breakfast; they had a decent variety: oatmeal, yogurt, eggs, bacon, sausage, apple and orange juice.
